Join us for a prenatal lactation class! This class is open to any Philadelphia resident who is currently pregnant. The class happens every second Wednesday of the month, from 11:00am to 12:30pm.

- How to prevent engorgement and treat sore nipples
- Latching and positioning techniques
- How to pump and store breastmilk
- What "normal" nursing/pumping looks like
