Supporting young people ages 13-21 years old with their mental, sexual, and reproductive wellness needs through confidential and non-judgmental education, counseling, and connection to services.

You, your parent, or provider can request services from the Youth Care Team - we are here to listen!

Behavior Screenings and Referrals

Provide a private space with an adult who listens
Connect you with a therapist
Share resources to manage stress and anxiety
Show you how to cope with problems in a positive way
Navigate challenges at school

Sexual Health Education

Distribute condoms
Share information about safe sex practices for sexually transmitted infections
Build communication and healthy relationship skills
Support gender and sexual identity

Reproductive Health Counseling

Address concerns about puberty
Answer birth control and emergency contraception questions
Pregnancy options counseling, including abortion
Pregnant and parenting teen resources

Where is the
Youth Care Team?

Tuesdays: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Health Center 5, 1900 N 20th St.
Must be a Health Center 5 existing patient to visit us here.

Wednesdays: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Parkway Central Library’s Teen Center, 1901 Vine St.
Must be connected to the Teen Center to visit us here

Drop-in services available to anyone ages 13-21 years old, including free education, counseling, and supplies!

Youth Care Team provides free educational workshops and trainings for youth and providers and regularly serve as vendors at health fairs and other community events. Please contact James or Iva to inquire about workshops or events.

Revolution 4 Youth

Revolution4Youth! (R4Y!) is a youth-led coalition working together to improve the mental, sexual, and reproductive health of youth in Philadelphia.

In Philadelphia, youth experience high rates of poverty, mental health struggles, adverse sexual and reproductive health outcomes, and violence. We want youth in Philly to have autonomy in their mental, sexual, and reproductive healthcare and have holistic resources to ensure their well-being.
