Every year, ReACH provides mini-grant funding to community-based organizations working with children and youth with special health care needs. We are excited to announce the awardees for this year's Title V mini-grants. These organizations have identified areas of high need and demonstrated their commitment to health equity, inclusion, and belonging. The award recipients are:

- National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): "Empowering CYSHCN Youth and Families Through Mental Health Education."
- Ronald McDonald House: "Providing Family Essentials at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia."
- Autism REC: "Autism REC Life Skills Program: Cooking Workshop."
- Variety, the Children's Charity: "Special Activities in STEAM for Low-income Youth with Disabilities."
- Young Chances Foundation: "Building Work Skills & Employment Pathways for Audenried (Charter School) Youth with Special Health Care Needs."
- The Clay Studio: "Claymobile Workshops for Special Education Classes at Albert Greenfield Elementary."
- NET Treatment Services, Inc.: "Training & Family Engagement Initiative."
- BuildaBridge International: "Arts of Self-Care for Youth with Special Healthcare Needs"
