Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs: Request for Proposals

The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Program, part of the Philadelphia Department of Public Health's Division of Maternal, Child, and Family Health, has put out a Request for Proposals. This Request for Proposals seeks to solicit applications from community-based agencies for projects designed to improve/enhance systems of care serving children and youth with special healthcare needs and their families.

The target population for the project must be located in Philadelphia and focus on children with special health care needs who are between the ages of birth and 21. Additionally, the project must respond to needs expressed by families and promote equal rights and equal opportunity.
