Philly Loves Families has a new webpage dedicated to providing resources and support for families affected by pregnancy loss. Additionally on the new webpage, you can find:

  • Data on stillbirth in Philadelphia
  • Guidance on next steps after stillbirth
  • Recommendations for podcasts and books on stillbirth and pregnancy loss
  • Pregnancy loss stories from Philadelphians

There is also a section dedicated to providers with resources and recommendations on how to communicate with families following a pregnancy loss, as well as organizations that providers can point families toward.

Finally, there is a section on Philly SOARS, the Philadelphia Study of the Associated Risks of Stillbirth (Philly SOARS). Philly SOARS is a city-wide survey, to understand the experiences of Philadelphians who had stillbirths at or after 20 weeks pregnant.
